Additions since the tour:
- Removed the exterior driveway gates (yard is still fenced in)
- Added an additional couch in place of the small bench in the living room.
- Added a washer and dryer in place of one of the closets in the bonus room.
- Removed the trundle bed in bonus room and added another futon
