House Rules

GUESTS:  Having more than 10  guests violates our permit permissions so there are no exceptions. The responsible party (person who booked the reservation) must be 25 years of age or older and be present the entire duration of your stay. 

NOTE REGARDING THE HOT TUB: Do not put any chemicals or soap in the hot tub. It must be covered nightly after last use. This not only keeps the water clean but protects the heater from damage as it will get overworked trying to warm up after being exposed to cooler temperatures.  

COSMETICS & HAIR DYE: Please use make up remover and a black make up towel when removing cosmetics. Do not dye hair in the home. 

PETS: We do not allow cats but do allow a maximum of 2 dogs if the pet deposit has been paid.   Please keep our yard clean for the next guest by picking up all pet waste. There are bags provided underneath the balcony and there are pet items for cleaning accidents underneath the kitchen sink.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside of the property or within 20 feet of the home. If you smoke please do so 20 feet away and properly put out and dispose of all cigarette butts. 

PARTIES: There is a zero-tolerance for parties or gatherings of more than 10 people. Many people are full time residents and sleep with their windows open so be mindful after quiet hours (10 pm). If we are contacted about excessive noise during your stay you may be asked to leave.

CAMERAS: There are exterior cameras located at both doors on the property that record audio and video. Moving or disabling them may result in eviction. They are there for your safety and to ensure guests are following rules so that we can keep our short term rental permit in good standing. Exterior cameras are checked once per guest stay so please make sure you've paid the fee for any pets and have under 10 guests. If the sensor light bothers you just send us a message and we can turn it off. 

KEEP IN CONTACT: In case of an emergency or maintenance issue please message through the system or call or text us. Mistakes happen and we are reasonable so please report any damages or broken items like beach toys or kitchen items so that we can make sure they are replaced for the next guest. If you see anything damaged when you check in please let us know so you won't be charged for it.
