Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

Entryway

•  Dining table & entry table, dust faux plants/ picture frame
•  Vacuum dining table bench pads and wipe underneath them
•  Vacuum underneath the dining table
•  Clean the inside and outside of the front slider
•  Clean the window in the dining area
•  Clean doormat / place outside

Kitchen

•  Wipe down counter tops, sink, confirm there is no food splatter above stove or on cabinets
•  Wipe windowsill
•  Check the dishwasher if it isn’t running/clean unload it. Make sure dishes are dry before putting them away
•  Confirm there are no crumbs in the drawers
•  Clean appliances including the fridge, microwave, outside of the oven, the stove, and the toaster
•  Throw away any leftover food or drinks unless they are unopened 
•  Confirm there is no trash in the bins or in the drawers (underneath the trash bags)
•  Add paper towels
•  Add trash bags and kitchen towels
•  Add small dish soap and new spounge

Living Room

•  Dust all surfaces including the tray, end tables, and table under the TV
•  Vacuum under the Ottoman
•  Wipe down barstool seats and base
•  Clean the sliding door (inside and out) as well as the frame
•  Spot clean any stains on furniture or pillows

Bedrooms

•  Make all beds and put on duvet covers, make sure they are tied in place
•  Dust furniture, blinds, and wipe windowsills
•  Clean the mirrored closet doors
•  Fluff pillow/ spot clean if needed
•  Add a rolled beach towel and towel set for each guest and place on the bed
•  Vacuum under all beds
•  Bonus Room: Pull out the trundle bed and vacuum floor mattress
•    Dust ceiling fans and portable fans

Bathrooms

•  Clean mirrors
•  Clean toilet and base
•  Add hand towels 
•  Confirm drains aren’t clogged and that drain is hair free 
•  Use squeegee in glass shower and make sure there are no streaks
•  Add toiletries and makeup towels to each bathroom

Before Leaving/ Whole House

• Confirm all floors are vacuumed and mopped after all surfaces have been dusted (including stairs and inside closets)
•  Vacuum window and door screens
•  Sanitize remotes and light switches
•  Hose down backyard
•  Take all trash to the dumpster
•  Walk through each room and do a visual inspection
•  If a pet was present, do two rounds of vacuuming and lint roll all furniture. Check the grass for pet waste
